Fabrication

From the model to the field.

Our workshop turns engineered designs into hardware — cut on a 3 kW fibre laser, formed on a 160-ton press brake, welded and assembled to project standards, then erected on the client's site. To date the team has fabricated and erected 700+ tonnes, with 1,000+ tonnes under construction.

Scope & deliverables

  • Fibre-laser cutting

    Up to 6.5 m × 2.5 m bed; up to 16 mm MS / 8 mm SS.

  • Forming & rolling

    160-ton press brake, plate and section rolling.

  • Welding

    CO₂, TIG and ARC welding to qualified procedures.

  • Heavy structural fabrication

    Frames, platforms, supports and large weldments.

  • On-site erection

    Transport, assembly and erection at the client's site.
